Cookie policy
Effective November 2, 2026
This policy lists every cookie and every entry in your browser’s storage that www.ieos.net uses, and how to change your choice. The privacy policy says what happens to the data.
In short
- The website sets no cookie of its own.
- Google Analytics sets cookies only if you accept them.
- Your browser’s local storage remembers choices you made on the website, and nothing else.
Strictly necessary: your choices
- Name
ieos-consent- Where
- Local storage, on www.ieos.net
- What it does
- Remembers whether you accepted or rejected Google Analytics, so that the website does not ask again on every page.
- How long
- Until you clear it, or change your choice under Cookie settings
While the website shows only its light theme, it has no theme switch and stores no theme. If an earlier visit left one, under the name ieos-look, the website deletes it.
What is stored here does something you asked for, so it is strictly necessary, and the law does not require your consent for it. That is why the website does not ask. None of it is sent to us or to anyone else.
Analytics: only if you accept
- Name
_ga- Where
- Cookie on www.ieos.net, set by Google Analytics
- What it does
- Tells one browser from another, with a random number, so that visits can be counted.
- How long
- 2 years
- Name
_ga_D135BWXZW1- Where
- Cookie on www.ieos.net, set by Google Analytics
- What it does
- Keeps the state of your visit.
- How long
- 2 years
Before you choose, and if you reject, the website does not load Google Analytics at all: nothing is sent to Google, and these cookies are not set. Without JavaScript, Google Analytics never runs.
Cloudflare
Cloudflare, which carries every request, may set a strictly necessary security cookie of its own when it needs to check that a visitor is a person, for example while the website is under attack. In normal use we have seen none: on November 2, 2026, no response from www.ieos.net or brand.ieos.net set a cookie.
Changing your choice
Change or withdraw your choice at any time under Cookie settings, at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw it, the website stops Google Analytics at once and deletes its cookies.
You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser’s settings, or install Google’s opt-out add-on for Google Analytics.
